Information about the site
At Trinntorp's bridge, you can do several types of dives that suit all levels of experience. If you swim to the right if you look towards the sea, you quickly get deep down to 30+ meters. There are sandbanks and sloping bottoms with seams here and there. If you swim straight ahead, you can follow the deep curves and encounter rock cairns and clay formations that look like rauks. The depth curves go from 6m down to about 25 if you swim north. To the west it is shallow and most of the area is between 2-10m, sporadically scattered seaweed gravel, rocks and a small wreck of a fairly new oak can be found here. Far out is a wreck of a sailboat (see dive site description for Trinntorpsvraket).
If you have a camera with you on a sunny day, it is well worth spending time at just a few meters deep by the beach, where the seaweed deer thrive and the small fish hide here.
The marine life you will find on this dive site is seals (large and fat), seaweed brine, teal fish, scab, shrimp, sand stump, bladder wrack and Baltic mussels.
