Klacknäset
500 m before reaching Björkvik's bridge, turn right towards Mörtvik. Then turn left at the first 4-way intersection and keep right down Slingerstigen. When the winding path turns sharply to the left (end of the winding path) continue on foot for about 100 m to the bathing area.
Dive description
Bathing place with some rocks around.
The first 40 m is relatively shallow (standing depth) and then quickly goes down to 8-12 m.
A suitable dive is to follow the 8 meter curve to the left as you pass a couple of "walls" that tower up above.
If you are lucky, you can see pike, perch, flatfish, spikes, etc.
No fantastic dive but good alternative to Björkvik
By car from Stockholm driving to Ingarö and Björkvik, or Slingerstigen and follow it down to the beach.
Very good for practise and get your boyancy in tune...

Båtmans brygga
Dive description
Easy diving place with good starting opportunities. There is an old steamboat jetty and it is good to change it. You can swim in both directions and the bottom goes down in stages, walls.
We have had both good and bad visibility here, a good place to dive easily and safely. Lots of bottles and other debris on the bottom. Very many boats in the summer, so bring the flag!
To think of
The bridge is safely used for other than changing places for divers, so if we just keep it clean and tidy, there should be no problems
drive towards Gustavsberg. Take off towards Saltsjöbaden and Fisksätra (just after Nacka forum). Go straight ahead until Tippens Centrum is on the right side. Continue forward under the bridge and roundabout. Take the first left over the train tracks and then the direct right. In second left. Look for Seglarvägen and turn right down towards the water and you are there!
If you run Google Navigation, you can aim at "Båtsmans backe 6".

to a beach from the rocks. About 100m walk from the parking.
The site starts from the beach so its a beach dive, and you walk straight out. Its in a bay so there are usually no currents.

Breviks brygga
Okay nature dive with a lot of scrap and stuff on the bottom. Here you can come across simpor, flatfish and other small things. The bottom consists mostly of mud but to the north is the sandy bottom in a small bay.
Starting is most convenient to the left of the bridge, but watch out for a small pipe stump that is there. If you swim straight out about 20 meters, a small motorboat is about 13 meters deep, a bit swimming to the right, you can find a motorcycle.
To think of
It is not as deep at the bridge as you might think, risk of hitting the bottom.
The ascent is most conveniently to the right of the bridge (seen from land) where there is usually a rope hanging down that you can get help to get up.
Drive towards Tyresö väg 229. At Tyresö center, continue towards Tyresö Castle and out towards Breviksvägen. Just keep going straight ahead.
After a while you come to Breviksmaren where there are normally many leisure boats. Here you turn left (actually straight ahead but you understand what I mean when you are there).
Drive pretzel hook to the old ferry camp. Parking is available there.

Trinntorps brygga
At Trinntorp's bridge, you can do several types of dives that suit all levels of experience. If you swim to the right if you look towards the sea, you quickly get deep down to 30+ meters. There are sandbanks and sloping bottoms with seams here and there. If you swim straight ahead, you can follow the deep curves and encounter rock cairns and clay formations that look like rauks. The depth curves go from 6m down to about 25 if you swim north. To the west it is shallow and most of the area is between 2-10m, sporadically scattered seaweed gravel, rocks and a small wreck of a fairly new oak can be found here. Far out is a wreck of a sailboat (see dive site description for Trinntorpsvraket).
If you have a camera with you on a sunny day, it is well worth spending time at just a few meters deep by the beach, where the seaweed deer thrive and the small fish hide here.
The marine life you will find on this dive site is seals (large and fat), seaweed brine, teal fish, scab, shrimp, sand stump, bladder wrack and Baltic mussels.
With car to Tyresö and continue drive on Breviksvägen
Fairly good, sometimes or often it can be poor visibility.

Betty blue
The dive site is named after the wreck that is located some distance from it. You can step in from the beach next to the reeds or by the concrete bridge. If you swim to the right and follow the 13 meter curve, you will find the Betty Blue wreck after 10 minutes. A 6m sailboat that was reported forgotten by the police in Haninge in 2013 and 2014 and then sank on its natural buoy. Betty Blue is still standing neatly, anchored to her line and now covered in small mussels.
There is a lot of marine life to explore at this dive site. On the shallows next to the reeds, it is teeming with life depending on the season. Dy finds bladder wrack, eel nets, mussels, teal fish, seaweed brine, seams, scorpions patrolling around the bottom, a chance for flatfish of several kinds such as turbot and flounder. On night dives, you can keep an eye out for yarrows that sleep with their eyes open. Autumn offers a dance of seaweed prawns and prawns.
This is a versatile dive site that suits all divers. Easy to get in and out, but keep track of your balance!
To think of
The bottom is sandy but covered with sediment, it is easy to strain up. Keep an eye on your fins so they do not drag in the hill because then the following divers will see nothing.
There is a toilet on site, keep it nice so it can continue like this!
Drive Nynäsvägen 73 south towards Dalarövägen 227. Turn right after Gålö Lanthandel to the right on Gålövägen, after a couple of minutes turn left onto Skälåkersvägen, a couple of minutes turn left onto Askrikevägen. Drive past the exit to the boat club. Continue for a while until you see a small sign with a symbol for the bathing area on the left, take in there, at that point it is a small gravel road.
Dive description
Once upon a time, this was a bunch of small boat piers and the water was crowded with herring according to the old fishermen who often come and visit the place. Nowadays there is a properly built wooden terrace, barbecue area and is a good place to look at sailboats from.

max depth is between 15 and 20m. Bring a torch with you. Good visibility and also a good place for night dives.
To think of
Start-up can take place in several places along the beach. Occasionally a lot of boat traffic to and from the marina and in the fairway. Put up a diving flag!
Be careful with all the boats surrounding.
Go towards Dalarö. Turn right at the guild towards Gålö havsbad. Turn left towards Gålö havsbad.
Turn right towards Morarna a couple of km before Gålö sea bath. Park in the parking lot.

Trassel
Nice fairly intact wreck that was previously unknown but recently (end of 2009) identified by Göran Nilsson to probably be M/S Storö which disappeared sometime around 1985. She is located at Rindö and was found by chance by Therese Bejgarn and Andreas Flemström on 11 March 2007. Wooden hull with later added riveted sheet metal hull. Probably an old converted steamer that has been stripped, given a spark plug engine when converted to a cargo ship. None of the local residents have any memory of the boat, which was probably taken by the ice one winter (the masts fell and lashed and a long narrow crack in the hull).
The wreck lies right at Byviken's inlet, across the inlet. It is suggested that you enter the water from the jetty, and dive down along the rocks down to the bottom and swim outward along the rocks and the bottom. The wreck is only 2 m from the rocks, so you can hardly miss it as long as you are in contact with the rocks.
The wreck is 22.5 m long and 4 m wide.
There is also a car wreck outside the pier if you follow the stone edge about 5 minutes away from Trassel.
Visibility seems to be good most of the time (at least in the winter), and also there is some current in the water which cleans it pretty quickly if you happen to get silted up.
From Stockholm: drive E18 north towards Norrtälje. After approx. 18 km, turn off towards Waxholm (road 274) and continue all the way to Waxholm's ferry stop (straight road). Take the ferry over to Rindö, and continue on Rindövägen. After about 4 km, turn right onto Byviksvägen towards Byviken. Note that you drive around and under Rindövägen, so you will end up driving north - a so-called Spanish turn. Drive on this road all the way to the harbor in Byviken, and park appropriately.

At the bathing place there is car parking and now there are two choices, either you walk in the water at the bathing place closest to the parking and swim a long distance, or you walk across the entire field down to the cape on the right side.
Update (2021-02-28) - Lina is now also available from the bathing area. Go in by the beach and swim left about 25-30 meters from the beach and you will swim on the line.
If you stand on the headland (by the small sandy beach) you see a wreck buoy at about 190 degrees south. (2020-09). Either you swim out to the buoy or you go into the water and look for a line that is about 10-15 meters out from the beach in the direction of the wreck.
Update (2021-02-28) - The wreck buoy has been removed. The easiest way is to go into the water and look for the line as described above.
The wreck is about 150 meters out.

Vagn härad kalkbrott
Suitable place to step in is on the far right. There is a staircase. In bad weather, it is also possible to pull the stuff into the mine aisle and change it there.
You dive along the limestone wall. There are plateaus at different depths. It is possible to plan good dives at all depths. It is important to keep track of your depth gauge as you rarely have bottom contact.
At a depth of 35 meters, you can find an old moped on a ledge. Down at 30 meters is a trailer. A little further down an old ladder. A little here and there you can find old toilet seats.
For more experienced scuba divers start once at a depth of 42-43 meters. The cave is located straight down from the boarding place. Just look, do not swim in! Experienced Trimix divers have reportedly penetrated 2 line reels, ie about 70 meters.
At the bottom of the lake, type 43 meters, is an old moped and some other scrap. NOTE! this is very deep, completely unsuitable for divers without experience, and preferably training, of deep dives!
A suitable finish is to lie at 5-6 meters and spend time with the perch.
The visibility is often very good, between 10-20 meters.
With car driving down towards Södertälje on highway E4. Its located north west of Vagnhärad.

Step in at the boat club's cabin (2) and surface swim to the houses on the headland (1). Here it is advisable to go down to about 10 meters and start swimming around the cape, at the tip of the cape go down to 20 meters and continue and you will encounter a red car lying on the roof. More cars, among others. an ambulance, should be located nearby.
In the summer, there may be some boat traffic in the area, so be extra careful with the diving flag.
During spring and autumn when there is no boat traffic, you can dive under the piers in the bay, where there are usually a lot of scrap to look at and some small wrecks of fishing boats and echoes.
To think of
The visibility is often really lousy and it is really dark so the lamp is almost a must!

Djurö vattenverk
Good diving spot for all levels! A plateau at a depth of about 5-6 meters extends a good distance before it starts to drip off. So beginners can also enjoy here! You can choose to take a tube as a reference or compass direction. There is a lot of vegetation, as well as perch and perch. Visibility can often be very good here.
Be careful on the slopes on the way down only!
After about 20m swimming around 7-8 m, it goes down to 11m and from there it drops down very fast to 20-30 meters. So must be careful when diving, and take it slow, inflate drysuit and bcd with air, make stops with boyancy at every 5 meters down to 30 meters. Make sure to bring torch with you, cause at bigger depths, visibility is very poor and it becomes dark.
With car from to Djurö vattenverk, and from there it slopes down to some piers, where you can enter the water with a jump.
Usually its good conditions no currents, or at least small.
Around the shallow area its usually good visibility.

Lövsta kalkbrott
A fun dive site with lots to look at and suitable for both beginners and advanced.
Map description: 1. The big crime. Here you can advantageously swim to tunnel A and through this to get to crime number 2. In this crime there is some fun to look at, including the office which here on the map is marked in green. You can also look into the opening to tunnel B, but without the right equipment or training, you should not go into tunnels B or C.
Tunnel B
If you go into tunnel B, you come to a shaft that goes straight down to about 25 meters deep, well down there is directly to the right a small room and a tunnel, about 30 meters long, which leads to crime number two. However, it is blocked and it is not possible to get out that way. From here you have about 70 meters to the surface!
It is also possible to pass the shaft and swim directly into crime number two.
Tunnel C is about 20 meters long and leads to Crime 3. There is nothing of interest in this crime except 2 rusted cars at the far end, here marked as 2 brown squares. Tunnel C has a fairly large air pocket in the roof that you can fit at least 2 divers in, if you feel like talking a bit it goes well but do not breathe the air for safety.
